      • Lead strategic--enterprise-wide--projects for the team including projects related to--career--development, capability--building, leadership--development, employee--engagement, retention initiatives--and--process--improvements.--
      • Manage employee relations matters--and conduct high level investigations--in partnership with HRBPs and--leaders.--
      • Analyze--engagement and turnover--data and effectively organize and present findings to drive data-backed human centric--strategy. Draw analysis-based conclusions and collaborate--with HRBPs and leaders--on innovative solutions.--
      • Participate in--talent processes including--talent--calibrations, succession--planning and--development--planning.--
      • Part of the team to support merger and--acquisition--activity; to include due diligence, job architecture/mapping of titles, pre-employment process and integration.--
      • Assist with recruitment--and onboarding--of HR Generalists.--
      • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.--Support the creation and communication of the company's employee value proposition--and ensure a consistent experience is delivered to all employees.--
      • Responsible for Workday HR data changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.--
      • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.----QUALIFICATIONS:------
        • Strong project management skillset with a keen eye for detail,--organization,--and ability to manage multiple competing priorities, while conveying calm and confidence---.
        • Experience leading cross-functional projects to drive business process change affecting multiple business units.--
        • Strong relationship-building skills at all levels--and excellent communication skills with the ability to impact a broad audience.----
        • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.--Ability to create, interpret and summarize data to help drive better decision making and achieve strategic/operational goals.--
        • Excellent organizational skill,--self-starter,--and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.--
        • Proven track record of problem-solving- simplifying the complex- and effectively driving change.--
