Job Title:Senior Business Systems Analyst - Regulatory
ReportingLocation:Block 23What you'll do:As Sr. Business Systems
Analyst, you will work closely with business partners, developers,
Product Owners and implementation team to define and deliver
effective business systems and solutions for applications. You will
be part of the solution delivery team helping with implementation
and upgrade, perform issue troubleshooting and drive resolution
working with other IT teams for the corporate systems. You will
work to mature the tools and practices used by the Solution
Delivery teams.What we are looking for:
- Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing
features, collaborating with IT developers, vendors, implementation
team, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing,
and managing deployment efforts.
- Create and maintain system architecture, data flow working with
domain architects and other technology teams for new solutions
being implemented.
- Participate in the Change Management process for the
applications.
- Review current documentation for the applications and update as
appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to
coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand
overlaps of teams and applications.
- Involved with support activities for existing solutions,
including regular business interactions, and facilitating delivery
of improvements and bug fixes as required.
- Ability to write functional specification documents, test
plans, test scripts pertaining to regulatory reporting tools like
Axiom.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT with 3+ years in application
development, support, prof services, and/or QA.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a developer, business systems
analyst, or QA Engineer
- Experience translating business needs into system requirements
and configurations.
- 1-2 years of experience writing functional and/or technical
requirements for software implementations.
- Good communication skills with any type of audience, internal
(all levels) and external.
- Experience in Lucid chart, Confluence, ADO.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Good understanding of Requirements definition, User stories,
and Agile processes
- MS Azure and other cloud experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of regulatory reporting framework would be a
huge plus.
- Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root
Cause Analysis processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Security Groups and Service
Accounts.
- Experience of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
