Job Title:Senior Digital Marketing ManagerLocation:CityScapeWhat
you'll do:As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be working
in a digital marketing leadership role; responsible for developing,
leading and executing the digital marketing strategy for the
company. You will develop and deliver marketing policies, practices
and strategies to attract prospects and customers to the website
and engage online.You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout
the organization to determine how marketing's technology platforms
can add value, create efficiencies and support broader business
objectives. As a leader of the Digital Marketing/Martech group, you
will oversee and support web, SEO/SEM and digital advertising. You
will stay on top of emerging marketing technology trends and
opportunities to ensure the bank remains a digital marketing leader
within the industry.What we are looking for:
- As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for assessing,
measuring and enhancing the bank's brand and image online. You will
develop the digital strategy and roadmap, working closely with
broader marketing leadership to elevate digital practices and
digital value creation.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader marketing team through
phases of campaign planning, design, content management,
development, measurement and reporting. Coordinate internal
resources within the digital function and across departments to
achieve project milestones and deadlines.
- Responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital
marketing campaigns that promote the Western Alliance brand(s) and
its business lines, drive website traffic and acquire new
leads.
- Develop and manage KPIs for digital marketing channels to drive
optimization and performance. Identify trends and insights, and
optimize performance based on insights. Perform competitor
research. Provide regular reporting to Digital Marketing
Director.
- Manage third-party digital vendors including technology
vendors, contracts and the digital marketing budget. Evaluate
emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and
perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Provide supervision to and direct the activities of direct
reports, including supervisory tasks such as setting goals,
performance appraisals and interviewing candidates for employment.
Provide necessary training and coaching.What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 8+ years of direct,
related experience in Marketing & Communications and Digital
Marketing
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and
legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry
standards and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and
various marketing technology platforms including CMS, social media
tools, and Google analytics.
- Experience managing an development team and leading release
cycles.
- Experience creating, deploying and measuring digital campaigns
that engage, inform and motivate. Strong analytical skills and
data-driven thinking.
- Skilled in word processing, spreadsheet and database software
(e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project Manager,
desktop publishing, etc.).
- Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external
audiences (ex: sales or leadership)
- Previous leadership experience required. Ability to work in a
fast-paced and complex environment.
