In this role you will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure consistent and sustainable quality results. What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintain and improve quality system and documentation
• Assist with internal auditing and maintaining quality certifications
• In collaboration with various departments, identify and implement process improvements through data and risk analysis
• Complete thorough root cause analysis to implement robust corrective actions when quality issue arises
• Communicate professionally and promptly with customers.
• Train on quality related areas, such as ESD, 6S, and other lean methodologies
• Conduct presentations to co-workers, managers, stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership
• Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty What We're Looking For:
  • Engineering Degree preferred
  • In depth experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Able to work independently and to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$61,200.00 - $67,100.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
