  • Health/Wellness ProgramJob DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the team. This position focuses on supporting our diverse US user base, including various practices, health systems, payors and medical device businesses. You will own the product roadmap for the US market aligning with overall vision and objectives, ensuring maximum synchronicity with the existing UK product roadmap.The ideal candidate will have experience working in digital health - on a mature scaling platform, MSK or orthopedic, Medical Device industry or experience working with large enterprise healthcare tech company. Responsibilities:? You will own the product roadmap for the US business, working closely with our global executive team? Identify market needs and opportunities by working closely with clients, stakeholders, and the user community.? Working with the Agile Product Owner to ensure high quality requirements are captured and documented.? Ensure that the product is meeting the clients requirements with the capability of the functionality. Conduct comprehensive market research to benchmark and ensure our product remains competitive and meets customer needs.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data analytics, and customer support to deliver world-class products.? Communicate product status, key issues, and launch plans to all stakeholders and teams involved.? Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs, delivering reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions.Requirements (Essential):? Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software, healthcare, or related industry.? Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.? Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.? Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.? Exceptional project management and communication skills.? A passion for digital health technology and its potential to improve healthcare outcomes.? Have experience working with large multi-national customers.?
