responsible for providing expertise in diagnostic clinical setting
within a field of study, using standard field of study diagnostic
methods required for a laboratory health care system. The Clinical
Director provides medical, scientific and technical direction to
the laboratory, implements new diagnostic tests, and interacts with
clinicians in a medical center or outpatient environment.MINIMUM
