Senior Principal Lead, Corporate Programs-Technology Scottsdale, AZ, United States Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Senior Principal Lead, Corporate Programs-Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing or processing and a proven track record of ramping semiconductor products into manufacturing. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
1.Lead strategic operation activities related to semiconductor manufacturing and processing.
2.Lead weekly corporate process review meetings, measure and report on key performance metrics.
3.Identify and improve processes that impact ramp-up of semiconductor products into manufacturing.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications1.Minimum of 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or processing.
2.A track record of accomplishments in manufacturing or process development.
3.Past assignments requiring the creating or upgrading of manufacturing or R&D processes.
4.Demonstrated success in ramping semiconductor products into manufacturing.
5.Bachelor's degree in engineering or a physical science is required. An advanced degree is a plus.
6.Yield engineering experience is a plus.

2.Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.
3.Ability to lead a development or manufacturing taskforce.
4.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
