Job Description:

Seeking Memory Care Director to oversee day-to-day operation of Memory Care unit in a large senior living community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• 
  
• Develop a therapeutic environment for residents with Alzheimer and other forms of Dementia.
  
• Assist with providing staff with the appropriate training and support to address the emphasis of the program.
  
• Coordinate staffing and responsibilities to meet the needs of the residents.
  
• Assure quality of services through a continuous quality assurance and improvement programs.
  
• Provide quality care for residents to address medical needs.

    **Qualifications:**
    
    • 
      
    • Completion of Dementia training as required by state regulations.
      
    • 3-years related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      
    • Experience in assisted living, geriatric nursing, or gerontology and dementia care highly preferred.
      
    • Must possess a current state-specific driver's license and appropriate driving record.
      
    • Receives and maintains CPR certification.
