Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development US to
manage and grow their sales development team in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and mentor a team of SDR Managers and SDRs, overseeing
performance management and training
Shape and execute strategies for pipeline generation and success of
open source users
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align support across
Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Recruiting
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of first-line management or 2nd line management
experience in sales or related fields
Experience managing teams across the US and various business
segments
Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in a
fast-paced, technical environment
Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, remote work
setting
Demonstrated growth mindset with a proactive approach to
identifying and solving challenges
