Job Description:
Restaurant Manager (East Valley, Mesa Tempe areas)Cracker's &
Co. Cafe, Eastgate Inc., -Crackers and Co. Caf-- are a small group
of family style breakfast and lunch restaurants established over 40
years ago, right here in Mesa Arizona, and still going strong. We
believe the reason for this is our excellent food, genuinely
friendly employees and wonderful long-term repeat guests. We are
seeking a very customer orientated Manager who can effectively lead
team members and provide personalized, exceptional service to
ensure every customer receives excellent customer service and
leaves happy.The compensation listed below is a general guideline,
not the final compensation. We believe compensation should be based
on the unique individual, their skill levels, dependability,
leadership qualities, work ethic, attendance, etc. After
approximately 90 - 120 days we'll re-evaluate your pay rate. If
