Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Program Claims to
oversee claims managed by third-party administrators in their
Specialty Admitted Program Segment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Program Claim Team, ensuring effective claim intake,
investigation, evaluation, and settlement processes
Oversee the performance and compliance of approximately 30
third-party administrator partners
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and
operational efficiency within the claims department
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree or law degree
preferred
Minimum of fifteen years of P&C claims handling experience,
including complex coverage issues and workers' compensation
At least ten years of people management experience
Expert knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and claims
management practices
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
