Job Description:

You'll be a key member of the team, mining data for actionable
insights to inform and improve digital media efforts tied to
business outcomes for clients. You must be a data-driven
self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple projects. "Grit

and learn.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage, optimize and scale paid search campaigns for multiple
clients and verticals on a day-to-day basis, developing proactive,
strategic optimizations to help clients achieve business goals
- Manage display, video and audio campaign strategy and
execution, leveraging various DSP platforms
- Manage paid social campaign strategy and execution, leveraging
various social platforms
- Manage media plans, budgets and pacing for clients
- Collaborate with partners to define and develop creative
assets, traditional media or PR
- Identify and coordinate with the CRO team for A/B testing
opportunities to continually improve conversion rate and campaign
efficiency
- Make recommendations to clients for improved performance as it
pertains to budget allocation, landing page optimization, and
audience targeting
- Ensure accounts remain in scope and perform ongoing
adjustments
- Compile monthly reporting and data to drive insights and
strategy
- Participate in meetings and email communication with
clients
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be located in Arizona
- Google Ads certifications and a minimum of five to seven years
managing paid campaigns, agency experience a plus
- Results-oriented and data-driven with ability to translate
complex data into actionable insights
- Experience using Google Analytics to analyze channel
performance; Google Analytics certification a plus
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console a
plus
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience in lead generation or other performance
marketing verticals
- Conversion rate optimization experience preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and complete tasks
independently
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
