Job Description:
A company is looking for an On-Call Conference and Events
Manager to support a range of virtual and in-person events.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute complex events, meetings, and webinars
Manage registration and logistics with vendor platforms
Coordinate with speakers and ensure smooth meeting flow
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of experience managing multiple vendors and events
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Health, or related
field
Experience with online event registration and hosting tools
Proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships
Experience with NIH or federal clients is preferred
