Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Clinical Operations to lead
and enhance clinical service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for clinical service
delivery
Oversee daily operations of clinical programs and monitor
performance metrics
Lead, mentor, and develop clinical staff while ensuring compliance
with regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatry,
Nursing, or a related field
Licensure in a relevant clinical discipline preferred (e.g., LCSW,
LMFT, PhD, PsyD, RN)
Minimum of 5 years of clinical operations experience, with 3 years
in a leadership role
Understanding of evidence-based practices in youth mental health
care
Experience managing multi-site operations and diverse clinical
teams
