License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, NRP
Must-Have: Cerner or EPIC Experience Job Description: - Provide
comprehensive care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. - Handle
top diagnoses and procedures, including: - Respiratory Distress -
Transient Tachypnea of the Newborn - Prematurity -
Hyperbilirubinemia - Rule Out Sepsis - Failed CCHD Screen -
Intrauterine Drug Exposure - Perform special procedures such as: -
Umbilical Lines - PICC Lines - Intubation/Surfactant Administration
- CPAP, NIPPV - Conventional Ventilation - High-Flow Nasal Cannula
(HFNC) - Administer common medications such as D10, TPN, Lipids,
Ampicillin, Gentamicin, with occasional use of Dopamine/Dobutamine.
- Wear specified navy blue scrubs while on duty. This position
offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging
environment with a focus on neonatal care. Ideal candidates will
have a strong background in NICU nursing and the ability to handle
high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
