• Job Details
• A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced nurses for a travel contract for their MS/Tele float pool.
• The right candidate will have 2+ years of current tele experience.
• COVID vaccine is required or declination form with supporting documentation from clergy or MD.
  • Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of current tele experience
  • Active BLS, ACLS
  • Active AZ license or compact
  • Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to starting (2 max attempts)
  • Travelers will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation
    • Schedule Information
    • Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of offer
    • There will be frequent floating to the sister facility, Mercy Gilbert
    • Travelers must be able to titrate drips
    • Shifts: 12 hr shifts, 7-7
      • Unit Specific Information
      • Unit: CV Tele B3A, A3 Neuro, MedSurg C5, MedSurg B2C
      • Number of beds vary per unit
      • Scrubs Color: Navy
      • Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Post cath lab, post vascular procedures, Neuro post surgical, spine, CVAs post TPA, general MedSurg
      • No pediatrics, 15 y/o and older.
      • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per 4 week period
        • Additional Details
        • Travelers must be able to titrate cardiac drips
        • Floating is required
        • Study guides will be provided with first day instructions
        • If traveler fails Sim, they will be sent home and made a DNU
