• 12/26: 7a-7p Submission Requirements : Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to submit

• Active AZ license or IMLC with LOQ in hand: REQUIRED
• Emergency Medicine Boarded ABEM or Board Eligible: REQUIRED
• Covid Vaccination: REQUIRED
• Flu Vaccination: REQUIRED
• Drive in candidates: PREFERRED
• Clean Malpractice Record: REQUIRED (due to expedited credentialing) Work Details:
