As an Early Childhood Development Therapist, you'll be instrumental in nurturing the growth and development of young children with autism. This entry-level position involves close collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. No prior certification is necessary; we provide thorough training to equip you for success.Ideal Candidates Include:
  • Recent graduates eager to kickstart their careers, particularly those with backgrounds in psychology, special education, child development, or related fields.
  • Individuals with a genuine passion for childcare and a love for working with children, including childcare providers, paraprofessionals, preschool teachers, or volunteers.
