Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Family Medicine Department at our Peppertree Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. Opportunity Highlights:

• Outpatient only
• Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends
• Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
• Call is 1:8 or 9
• 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours
• Avg 18-24 patients per day
• Social worker onsite
• Access to Clinical Pharmacist

    Qualifications
    Requirements:
    • MD or DO Degree
    • BC/BE in Family Medicine
    • Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
    • A passion for providing clinically excellent care
    • Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
    • Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
      Pay Range
      $118.63-$158.71 /hour
