TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Cottonwood, Arizona, 86326 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ICU Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Experience: 2 Years Required, First-timers Accepted License: Active, unrestricted RN License or valid, participating compact license required (can submit with pending) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Flexibility to float between ICU and Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MS Tele) - Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays Job Description: - Traveler must be on assignment through all 3 holidays; however, you can request one holiday off. - ICU RNs will primarily float to MS Tele, but must be open to floating to other units based on need. - Every other weekend work is required. - Travel nurses may be required to float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital. - You must adhere to quality and patient safety standards, particularly medication administration. - Experience with Cerner charting system preferred. - Local candidates accepted. - Residency or previous employment in certain states requires completing state releases to prevent background check delays. - On-call is not applicable for this role. - RTO (Request Time Off) is auto-approved for 5 days or less, given it does not fall on a holiday. - Specialized experience with ICU/PCU is highly regarded, but strong MS/tele experience will be considered. - Comprehensive orientation of 12 hours will be provided in the first week.
