Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant Job DescriptionAt Interim HealthCare, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Home Health CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.Key Responsibilities:

• Care for seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating, and nutritional intake
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose, and document any changes
• Work collaboratively with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followed
• Observe patient needs and notify supervisors of issues requiring a change in care, medication, or medical equipmentRequirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Current Colorado CNA license in good standing
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • At least six months of recent healthcare experience
  • Willingness to travel to surrounding areas
