• Effectively and efficiently manage patient throughput from admission through discharge for assigned patients.
• Conduct review for clinical appropriateness and level of care using evidence-based criteria.
• Work with payers to authorize care.Requirements:
  • Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing School.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona.
  • Minimum 3 years acute care hospital experience required and one to two years case management experience.Preferred Qualifications:
    • 3 years experience in Case Management, Utilization Management or Discharge Planning, in acute care.
