Certification Requirements
ACLS & BLS certifications are mandatory for this position. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with vent/trach care, knowledge of central lines, and preferred wound care experience. A CO or multi-state compact RN license is also required.

Job Summary
The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse will demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care. The nurse will also maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.

Requirements
Must have ACLS & BLS certifications. Must have vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, and preferred wound care experience. Must have CO or multi-state compact RN license. Patient Ratios are 1:6. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
