Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Training Lead to develop and
deliver training content for clinical team members.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the onboarding curriculum for new clinical
hires
Facilitate training sessions and monitor new hire performance
Identify ongoing training needs and develop educational sessions
for the clinical team
Required Qualifications
Current active Registered Nurse license in a compact state
5+ years of clinical experience in a specialty practice or acute
care setting
1+ year of experience teaching or training clinical staff
1+ year of experience developing curriculum for a remote
workforce
Bachelor's or equivalent degree
