Job Description:

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.

Job Requirements:

ACLS & BLS certifications required.
Vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines & preferred wound care experience.
CO or multi-state compact RN license required.

Job Details:
- 2-5 years experience required.
- Patient Ratios: 1:6.
- Must float to other units.
- Facility has 50 beds.
- Will review clinicians with pending state license.
- Previous employees may be rehired.
- EMR: Scrub colors: Green, dress code: Professional.
