PACU RN Job

Summary of job description: Seeking a skilled registered nurse for a PACU RN position with 60% adult and 40% pediatric cases, requiring 1 year of PICU OR ICU experience and 1 year of phase 1 experience in a mixed peds/adult PACU at a level 1 trauma hospital.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Provide high-quality patient care in a PACU setting
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and well-being
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
  Preferred Experience:
  - Teaching hospital experience
    Work Schedule:
    - Varied weekend requirements
    - 4-6 call shifts per 6-week schedule
    - No block scheduling
      Additional Requirements:
      - Current and valid driver's license, government photo ID, or passport
      - AHA certifications only
      - Valleywise Contract Staff Orientation Acknowledgment
      - NEO Video completion as part of orientation
