Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season. Only Nights are available now. Experience --- 2 years nursing experience --- 1 year of NICU experience --- Level III or IV NICU experience preferred --- Childrens hospital experience preferred Education Requirements: --- Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. --- BSN preferred. Certification/License/Registry Requirements: --- Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. --- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. --- Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association. --- Current NRP certification. #LI-SL1Bluebird Staffing Job ID #76504.
