• Certification Details
• Education Requirements: Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
• BSN preferred.
  • Job Details
  • COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required.
  • Flu vaccination will be required October through April.
  • Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens prior to starting.
  • Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
  • Days and nights available - Shift will be decided during the interview.
  • This assignment will float between ICUs
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years pediatric experience with a combination of CVICU NICU and PICU experience.
    • Level III and IV ICU experience strongly preferred.
    • Children's hospital experience strongly preferred.
