• Certification Details
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission.
• Active License verification must be less than 30 days old.
  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse (RN) specialty needed for facility Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
  • Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
  • Candidates are expected to be flexible with location and should list all facilities they are open to working in.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum of 24 months of current Labor & Delivery experience required.
    • Must have active certifications upon submission.
    • Travel experience is preferred.
      • Schedule Information
      • Candidates need to be open to varying shifts and should list all shifts they are willing to work on the submission.
      • RTO must be less than 7 days and will not be approved in the first week of the assignment or holidays.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
        • Candidates should add all experienced departments they are willing to accept/work in.
          • Additional Details
          • Flu vaccination is required, however, Banner declinations can be applied for.
          • Candidates must have no Nursys Hits.
          • Specific background requirements are set by Banner and must be adhered to.
