• Certification Details
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATCN or TNCC, PALS or ENPC.
• Moderate conscious sedation competency testing.
  • Job Details
  • The right candidate must hold an active BLS, ACLS, ATCN or TNCC, and AZ license or compact license.
  • Travelers may float to the sister facility Mercy Gilbert, as needed.
  • Must pass a dysrhythmia exam upon acceptance (2 MAX ATTEMPTS).
  • PASS/FAIL Sim Lab on day 1 of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions).
    • Job Requirements
    • MUST HAVE A FULL 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in ER/Trauma Level 1.
    • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - MUST BE RECENT WITHIN THE PAST 6 MONTHS.
      • Schedule Information
      • Start times vary depending on shift (traveler needs to be flexible to work ALL shifts listed - this is mandatory, no exceptions).
      • Day/Mid shift: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 10a-10p, 11a-11p, 12p-12a, 1p-1a
      • Night Shift: 3p-3a, 5p-5a, 7p-7a
      • Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer, through RELIAS, only (with 2 MAX attempts).
      • 12 hr shifts
      • Weekend Requirement: Min 4 weekend shifts per schedule period.
      • Must do 2 of 3 holidays during the holiday season.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • # beds in the unit: 60 beds; 14 are fast track.
        • Ratios: 1:3-4
        • Tele: GE Lifepacks monitors
        • Vents used: Puritan Benette 840, Dreager, Vision Bipap, V60s.
        • Scrub Color: Navy
        • Additional Notes: 11% Pediatric population. Only admit 15 years or older, any younger are stabilized and transferred.

          • Travelers may float between Gilbert and Chandler ER (7 miles/15 minutes apart), possibly mid-shifts.
