• Certification Details
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
• Proof of COVID vaccine is required prior to start or declination form can be filled out with appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Job Details
  • The right candidate will have 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact. MUST HAVE CERNER AND TRAVEL EXPERIENCE.
  • Travelers are required to complete a dysrhythmia exam prior to start and a pass/fail Sim lab is required on day 1 of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions).
  • Proof of COVID vaccine is required prior to start or declination form can be filled out with appropriate supporting documentation from clergy or M.D., as well as hospital approval.

    • MUST HAVE CERNER AND TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
    • MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • UNA Dysrhythmia Exam required prior to signing contract. 2 MAX ATTEMPTS
      • Schedule Information
      • 12 hr shifts. 7-7.
      • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Could be every 3rd.
      • Holidays: Work into perm staff rotation.
      • Floor specific orientation: 3 shifts on the floor.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Ratios: 1:4 ratio
        • Scrub Color: Navy.
