Coverage Needed

December 20, 2024 - ongoing Schedule
- 3 days of clinic
- 1 day in OR
- 1 day of procedures in clinic
- Full time (will look at 2 weeks per month)
- Available Shifts:
  - 20-Dec 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
  - 21-Dec 8a-8a
  - 22-Dec 8a-8a Clinical Details
    - Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
    - Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
    - Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
    - Hospital Bed size: 99
    - Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
    - Disposable flexible stethoscopes
    - Covid & Flu vaccine
      - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
      - Charting Experience: Cerner Requirements
        
        Board Certified or Board Eligible
        
        Active AZ License or IMLC
        
        DEA
        
        Minimum Experience Required: 1 year Call
        
        Call ratio: Every Day Support Staff
        
        1 PA EMR
        
        Cerner
