IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a TABLEAU BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE/CRYSTAL REPORTS DEVELOPER to join our customer in Phoenix AZ. This is an Hybrid position. Kindly respond with your most up to date resume if you would like to pursue this opportunity.Job Description:As a Tableau Developer; candidate will: Design and develop to create interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that are easy to understand by all internal and external audience stakeholders Prepare data for use by Tableau, including establishing connections to data sources, working with internal FMIS team members to develop SQL Database Views, SQL Stored procedures and data repositories for Tableau application to use Optimize current and created Tableau workbooks and dashboards for performance Troubleshoot data or performance issues with workbooks and data sources Act as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with all audience stakeholders as it relates to Tableau created dashboards As a Crystal Report Developer; candidate will: Create, design, and develop Crystal Reports based on business requirements and established or new data sources. Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements, translating them into effective and efficient Crystal report designs.Assistance with optimizing current report performance by troubleshooting issues, enhancing report efficiency, and improving data accuracy and retrieval processes. Extract, manipulate, and manage data from various sources to ensure accurate and relevant Crystal report outputs. Document Crystal report designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing. Analyze and recommend updates to existing Crystal Reports and as business needs change, ensuring reports remain accurate and relevant. Collaborate with FMIS and data stakeholders teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports, aligning reporting solutions with overall business intelligence strategies and Tableau data sources. Work on process automation and standardization to feed Tableau data sources Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and Tableau implementation. Determine the best Tableau implementation that will meet the design of the architect. Work through iterative data review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations as it relates to Tableau data presentation best practices. Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and Tableau style guides for agency and department. Resolve support incidents related to Tableau reports and dashboards. Skills Required and Experience Required

• Tableau Experience\Requirements (2-3 years)
• Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics.
• Experience in querying and displaying large data sets while maximizing the performance of Tableau workbooks.
• Experience and working knowledge of Tableau administrator/architecture.
• Advanced Tableau development skills required
• Experience with controlling access from Active Directory within a Tableau environment\application Crystal Report Experience\Requirements (2-3 years)
• 2-3 years of proven work experience designing, developing, and maintaining Crystal Reports, with a strong understanding of data structures and reporting principles.
• Expertise in SAP Crystal Reports for creating complex and detailed reports.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data for report execution
• Experience in executing Crystal reports from DB Stored Procedures, Views, Cross Database complex joins with Tables and other various data execution means .
• Experience with data integration tools, database management systems as it relates to Crystal Reporting and report generation
• Preferred SAP Crystal Reports certification or similar credentials.
• Knowledge and experience working with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization applications.
• Experience in managing report development projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
