A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Specialist to
join their Premier team, supporting enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via email or chat, troubleshooting issues and
answering questions
Meet and exceed individual performance metrics for a Technical
Support Specialist
Contribute to strategic projects and advocate for bug fixes with
the Integration Quality Team
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in customer support in the SaaS
industry
Experience troubleshooting APIs is preferred
Ability to work a full-time schedule that includes weekends
Strong productivity and efficiency in handling customer
inquiries
Demonstrated accountability for outcomes and metrics
