Job Description & Requirements Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech) StartDate: 11/4/2024 Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D/E/N Pay Rate: $1678.19 - $1933.57 Rad Tech needed asap for 13 weeks This position performs radiographic procedures for interventional studies in specialized areas. COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children---s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season. Education Requirements: Successful completion of a JRCERT approved radiologic program preferred Experience Requirements: One year of diagnostic imaging experience. Experience in interventional radiology and/or Cath lab preferred. One year of pediatric imaging experience preferred. Certification/License/Registry Requirements: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) License Current Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency MRTBE license Current BLS from the American Heart Association Required Qualifications Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology Experience: 1 year Licenses: RAD-AZ Certifications: BLS; R On Call: $4- 2 hr min SSN Required DOB Required Preferred Qualifications Experience in interventional radiology and/or Cath lab preferred. One year of pediatric imaging experience preferred.
