Maintenance Technician and Groundskeeper/Porter
A can-do attitude, ability to stay on-task, and a solid work ethic are just some of the qualities we are searching for when it comes to adding more maintenance technicians and Groundskeepers to our expanding team.

- Reimbursement for public transportation, ($5 a day)

- We will work with your schedule and travel distance preferences to keep drive time at a minimum (15-20 miles MAX)

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities
--- Plumbing: Includes the repair, replacement or installation of faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, and washing machines.
--- Electrical: includes the repair, replacement or installation of power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, climate control systems, and garage doors openers.
--- Drywall: includes filling in small holes caused by nails and minor dings from normal wear and tear to larger holes caused by damage.
--- Painting: includes minor touch-ups following damage repair and new coats of paint applied to unit walls.
--- Appliance Care: includes the repair, replacement, diagnosis and installation of major household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, range ovens, washers and dryers, hot water tanks, and air conditioners.

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience (6 months), Property management experience a plus
- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair: plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs and painting.

Groundskeeper/Porter Job Responsibilities:
--- Working outside primarily
--- Power washing/sweeping
--- Basic painting
--- Trash outs
--- Basic janitor duties

Groundskeeper/Porter Job Requirements:
--- Monday-Friday availability
--- Reliable Transportation
