• Certification Details
• Current Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency MRTBE license
• Current ARRT registration in CT
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
  • Job Details
  • COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required.
  • Flu vaccination will be required October through April.
  • Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens prior to starting.
  • Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
  • This position performs diagnostic computerized tomography scanning procedures to produce consistently high-quality examinations in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations and licensing requirements.
    • Job Requirements
    • Successful completion of a JRCERT approved radiologic program
    • One year of radiology experience
    • One year of pediatric imaging experience
      • Schedule Information
      • Call is required, but we only utilize callback in the event of a callout on a minimally staffed shift (weekends/overnights).
