Priority Claims Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Priority Claims Specialist I to manage complex claims and ensure proper reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Review complex claims and patient records to identify discrepancies in payments
Consult with physicians and staff on documentation and regulatory issues
Prepare complex claims reimbursement submissions and assess risk of denial

Required Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
Up to 1 year of related experience
General knowledge of Medicare audit, appeals, and reimbursement processes
Familiarity with medical terminology
Knowledge of MS Office suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
