  • Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
  • Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered.
  • 24 months minimum of current NEURO ICU experience required.
    • Job Requirements
    • Active Arizona RN License required.
    • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission.
    • No Nursys Hits required.
      • Schedule Information
      • Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
      • All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
      • RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit is a Level I Trauma Center with a focus on advanced heart care and neuro ICU.
          • Additional Details
          • Flu vaccination required; declinations can be applied for.
          • Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
