A company is looking for a People & Operations Coordinator
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations and serve as a resource for company
practices and policies
Coordinate recruitment processes and enhance the employee
experience through onboarding and offboarding
Analyze and improve department processes, compliance standards, and
documentation practices
Required Qualifications
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or
coordination role
Experience working remotely and/or in a start-up environment
Some background in People & Ops or HR
Strong organizational skills and a passion for processes
Familiarity with data analytics and workplace technology
