Job Description:
A company is looking for a Plant Takeoff Specialist/Quotations
to work remotely on project documents for Water and Wastewater
Treatment Plants.
Key Responsibilities
Review project schedules and analyze specifications, plans, and
details
Perform detailed material takeoffs and mark plans accordingly
Complete takeoff reviews for accuracy before releasing to Project
Managers
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks
materials
Working knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials in the
waterworks industry
Familiarity with construction documents, including plans and
specifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and
Excel
Knowledge of Sage Estimating and Planswift Estimating software is a
plus
