Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide
remote and deskside technical support for computer hardware,
software systems, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to support requests via various channels to meet service
level agreements
Setup new users and devices, install software, and provide access
to internal applications
Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software performance
issues
Required Qualifications and Education
4-year degree in an IT-related field or a 2-year degree with 2
years of IT experience
Experience supporting O365 or specialized applications is a
plus
Ability to provide after-hours and weekend tech support as
needed
Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
Familiarity with standard remediation practices for technical
support
