Job Description:

The Maintenance Assistant I is responsible for assistance with repairs and maintenance projects and work orders as assigned by the Facilities Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Completes repairs, maintenance projects and work orders as assigned. Coordinates storage of donated supplies as received and pulling items for use requested by program Delivers donated supplies to other locations as needed. Displays strong communication and interpersonal skills. Shows the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Displays strong initiative. Is change adaptive and flexible. Models Center's expectation for sensitivity and competency relating to diversity and cultural awareness. Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors and contractors to schedule, monitor and complete work. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or able to obtain one prior to employment Must be at least 21 years of age 2+ years of related experience. Employment Type: Full Time
