Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing detailed and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.
• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure comprehensive project understanding.
• Identifying risks and opportunities in the project scope and pricing.
• Supporting bid proposals and contract negotiations.
• Leading a team of junior estimators and providing mentorship where necessary.
• Continuously analyzing market trends to ensure estimates reflect current industry costs.Profile
  • Experience estimating, preferably with a general contractor on ether Multifamily or Commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field.Job Offer
