Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Analyst to manage consumer
contact data and provide insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze consumer contact trends and deliver insights to
stakeholders
Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to address business needs
Forecast contact center volumes and manage reporting during product
recalls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Minimum of 2 years of analytical experience
Experience in a contact center is a plus
Technical proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially
Excel
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and social media
analytics
