As the Stucco Estimator you will be in charge of analyzing project blueprints and specifications, leading in estimating and project management efforts, working on multiple projects simultaneously and being able to work closely with team members. RequirementsShow up on time to work everydayAbility to read and understand blueprints and plan specificationsUnderstand scope of work and calculate bids and compile take-off data to prepare proposals using On Screen take-off softwareMust be able to prioritize and multi-taskMust be able to work under minimum supervisionMust be able to work independentlyMust be able to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyAble to work closely with team membersBilingual in Spanish is a plus but not requiredReside in or near Avondale, AZHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience with residential, multi-family & commercial projects or other related estimating a plusResponsibilitiesRead and implement blueprints and plan specifications.Process material orderWork on MS Word and ExcelLead in estimating and project management effortsWork efficiently on different projects at onceWork closely with team members Be diligent and efficient with your working hoursScheduleMonday-Friday7am-4pmRequirements:PI12e87b5955b8-25660-35859022
