Job Description:
A company is looking for a Large Group Benefits Analyst to join
their Client Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategy development, implementation, and renewals of
employee benefit programs for California large groups
Interface with clients and vendors, driving marketing and financial
reporting for RFP and renewal requests
Provide strategic and operational support to Client Managers,
ensuring a high-quality employee benefits experience
Required Qualifications
1-5 years of benefits analyst or related experience within a
brokerage setting, preferably with California large employer
groups
Comprehensive understanding of large group plans, products, and
financial structures
Proven client service proficiency and ability to foster
relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience managing administrative tasks for clients, including
Form 5500 filings and monthly reporting
Demonstrated expertise in financial analyses and pricing strategies
for employee benefits
