Job Description: Behavioral Health Technician at Soar Autism Center in Chandler, Arizona. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in a clinic setting, implement intervention plans, and foster relationships with families.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA therapy principles in one-on-one sessions with children aged 2-6
• Adhere to high standards of ABA therapy
• Update families on children's progress within the ABA framework
• Engage in ongoing training and development on ABA therapy and RBT certification
  • Qualifications:
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree program (bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields)
  • Able to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar provides paid training)
  • Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Computer and tablet literacy
  • Ability to work on a team
