Job Description:

Join Soar Autism Center as a Behavioral Health Technician and contribute to our mission-driven care model.Key responsibilities include providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, implementing intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, and fostering relationships with families.

• ABA Therapy: Implement ABA therapy principles and provide one-on-one therapy to children aged 2-6.
• Intervention Plans: Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs.
• Family Relationships: Foster relationships with families and update them on their child's progress.You will engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.Qualifications:
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree program is preferred. Degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields are a bonus.
  • Able to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training).
  • Previous experience working with children.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
  • Must meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Computer and tablet literacy.What We Offer:
