Job Description:
A company is looking for an Applications Production Support Lead
to ensure the smooth operation and support of key global
applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global production support team for SAP S/4 HANA,
Salesforce, and ACE eQMS, ensuring efficient issue resolution
Develop and publish production support metrics, overseeing incident
resolution processes and coordinating root cause analyses
Engage with stakeholders to discuss system health, enhancement
priorities, and manage team capacity for incident handling
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role within a production support
or IT applications team
Project management experience; familiarity with agile methodologies
is a plus
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or Salesforce is a plus
Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering
high-quality work in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated curiosity and a love of learning with the application
of new knowledge
